I am grateful for more than I can say and I am compelled to continue listing my blessings now. I am grateful that Saturday at the hospital is calm and quiet, that following all the activity that was Friday, today is peaceful and tranquil. I’m grateful for the Rock Pigeons that bath in the water that pools on the roof outside our window, for all the delightful, loving people I have met in the last 8 days. I’m grateful for this sacred path my sister and I have been on with our dear mother, for comforting her and watching out for her and over her, for helping our dad as his heart breaks open and his love for my mother shines. Life is amazing and I am grateful.
