Hello Saturday! It’s a very good day to be alive and I am grateful that I am! I’m grateful for the cool temperatures and the golds and reds and oranges coming into the leaves of the trees as they tumble earthward, lining the sidewalks, the familiar scritch and scratch sounds as I walk amongst them through the neighborhood, their sheer abundance and individual beauty. I’m grateful for the buttons of color that are mums lining porches and flanking doorways, small beacons of color and light, for dogs to walk and people to greet, for my father’s great tenacity and amazingness, unexpectedly hearing my sister’s voice on an answering machine, inspiration and ideas and my faith. Today, I affirm that there is no place for fear in this life. I am surrounded by lavish beauty and abundance and I am not holding myself separate from it anymore. I am waking up. Peace and blessings.
